Adding Members to Sub-Communities

To add new members to a sub-community, follow these steps:

  • Click the Community menu section to expand it.
  • On the expanded Community Features menu, click the Sub-Communities link. This will display the Community Editor and list any existing sub-communities.
  • Click the add link next to the sub-community in the Membership Management column. This will display the Add Members page.
  • Enter User IDs of members to be added to this community. Multiple entries can be separated by commas or semi-colons.
  • Click Save to save the members and return to the Community Editor.

To view existing members of a sub-community, follow these steps:

  • Click the Community menu section to expand it.
  • On the expanded Community Features menu, click the Sub-Communities link. This will display the Community Editor and list any existing sub-communities.
  • Click the View link in the Member Management column to the right of the sub-community name. This will display the List of Members.
  • A member can be deleted from this screen by checking the delete box and clicking the delete button.
  • New members can also be added directly from this list by clicking the Add link on the top right of the page.
  • To return to the previous screen, click the Sub-Community List link on the top right of the page.
