Adding Photos

To add photos to a gallery do the following:

1. From the View Gallery page click the Add Photo link.
2. Enter the photo title. If you do not want to display a title enter a blank space using the space bar on the keyboard.
3. If you would like a caption to appear below your photo enter it in the Caption field.
4. Click the Browse  button and locate the image file you would like to upload to the gallery.
5. Enter a descriptive phrase in the Alt Text field. Alt Text  is used by screen readers and will assure that your gallery is 508 compliant. If you do not wish to enter Alt Text  add a blank space using the space bar on your keyboard.
6. If you would like to have the photo appear in areas where the Featured Photo has been setup to display click on the Featured Photo check box.
7. Enter the order you would like the picture to appear in the gallery.
8. Click the Save button.
