Adding Records

Add links are located on the top right navigation bar, the navigation bar below search results (when the Find feature has been used), and at the bottom of the screen.

To add a new record:

  1. Click section link on the left navigation bar.
  2. Click any one of the Add links.
  3. If a section consists of multiple record types, select the applicable record type from the drop list.

The Add screen will be displayed.

  1. Enter data.
  2. Click Save button.
