Adding Subscribers to an Email List
- Click on the Communications menu section..
- Click the E-mail Lists link. The View Email Lists page is opened along with a list of all existing email lists.
- Click the View Subscribers link for the appropriate email list. This will display the list of subscribers for the current email list.
- Click the Add Email Addresses link to add a new email to the list.
- Enter the email addresses. Multiple emails can be separated by a comma or semi-colon.
- Select the user’s email format preference with the Receive Content as radio button: HTML or Text.
- Click Save to save the new email and return to the View Subscribers for email List page.
