Adding a Poll

To add new user polls, follow these steps:

  1. From the side menu pane, locate and click the Site Features menu. The menu expands to display a list of links.
  2. From the expanded Site Features menu, click the User Polls link. The User Polls page is displayed.
  3. Click the New Poll link in the upper right corner. The New Poll page is displayed.
  4. Using the New Poll page, type in the poll Question and poll Answers.  
  5. From the New Poll page, click the Question Type to select:
    • Select Check Box to allow the user to select multiple answers.
    • Select Radio Button to limit the user to a single answer selection.
  6. Select the Results Available Online check box to archive poll answers and allow online customer to view poll results.
  7. To activate the poll, check the box Please check to Activate the Poll.
  8. When you are finished, click the Save button. The User Poll Saved page is displayed.
  9. To continue:
    • Click the Edit The User Poll You Just Saved link to edit or update the information on the same poll.
    • Click the Create A New User Poll link to create additional user polls.
    • Click the Back to View Polls link to return to the User Polls page.
    • Click any side menu pane item to leave this page.
