1. Administrator login and Click Administration link
2. Click Create Account
3. Enter Required Information: Email, First and Last name, Organization, Password and Password confirm and Click Next
4. Select Privilege – Well Owner or Driller and click Create User Button.
5. The administrator can then enter a Permit Application or Well Registration, enter the Driller/Owner Information in the application and submitit. The next time an application is entered and the Driller/Owner is selected from the droplist, all of the information will be pre-populated.
6. The Driller or owner can now log in and Enter Well Registrations or Permit and Drill Info in the form and this will create a Driller/Owner record. The next time the Driller/Owner logs in, the information is pre-populated in both the Well Registration and Permit Application forms.
