Amend Permit 

1. Select an approved Permit from Permit List and Click the Amend Button

2. Edit or change information as needed and save. This will create a new permit application for the well. 

• Changing the actual well owner is done here through amendment.  
• Amendment fees will be created on Save.
• If you an owner was selected in error and it just needs to be changed with no amendment fees created, then Edit the permit and change owners, don’t amend.
• You must amend the most recent permit for a well.
