Honors and Awards

Captures details about honors and awards bestowed upon a faculty member in recognition of high professional achievement in a particular discipline. Abbreviations, such as FACS or FACR are affixed to the faculty member’s name after degrees.

Entering Honor/Award for Multiple Years

Faculty may receive the same honor/award for more than one year, intermittently or for a series of consecutive years. The system allows faculty to enter an honor/award once and enter year(s) each time the same award is received.

To Enter Honor/Award

  1. Click Honors & Awards link on the left menu.

The Honors & Awards Summary Page will be displayed.

 

  1. Click Add on the top action bar.


The Add Honor/Award screen will be displayed.

 

  1. Enter Data

  2. Click Save

    The Honor/Award Year screen will be displayed.




     

To Enter Year(s)

 

  1. Enter Start Year and End Year. Note: If the award is for one year, enter Start Year only.

  2. Click Save.
    The Award Years Summary Page will be displayed.




     

  3. Click Output Editor
    The Output Editor Summary page will be displayed.



     

  4. Click Select next to the applicable year to select or edit which records to display on outputs.

  5. After making your selection, click the select button. you will return to the Output Editor Summary Page.

  6. Click View Honor/Award link on the green title bar.
    The View Honor/Award screen, followed by the Award Years Summary Page will be displayed.

 

To Enter Additional Years:

Click Add on the Award Years Summary Page and follow Steps 1-6 as shown above.
 

To Display the Summary Page for All Records

Click Find on the green title bar.
