Syntax 

LC:COMCATLIST:{DISCUSSIONINNER}:{CommunityID}:[]:{M}:{N}:{ACROSS}:{Sort_Order}

DISCUSSIONINNER = Area that defines the layout of the top postings within each discussion category
CommunityID = restricts access for specified community only M = Number of columns
N = Number of posts to display
ACROSS = missing defintion
Sort_Order = defines the sort order, valid options: ALPHABET or ORDERNUMBER
