Committees

Find Committee Member, seach by:

  • People
  • Company(s)
  • Committee
  • Chapter
  • Status (Status in the Committee, i.e., Active/Inactive)
  • Term Date
    • Then export to Word, Excel, or CSV

Add a New Committee Member:

  • Click "New Committee Member" in the top right corner of your screen
  • Select the Committee to add a member
  • Select the person from your database records
  • Indicate the Role for this Committee Member
  • Indicate the Directory Sort Order (in what order will this Committee Member display in the online Directory)

Create a Committee:

  • Go to Reference, in your left menu
  • Click on Lookup
  • Select a Committee from the drop list
  • Click GO
  • Click "Add" in the bottom left corner of the screen, or "New" in the top right corner of the screen
  • Type should be Committee
  • Index should be any number greater than the last number used
  • Description is the Name of this item (Committee)
  • Enter a Numeric Value (if applicable)
  • Enter a String Value (if applicable)
  • Enter an Application Value (if applicable)
  • Enter an Order Number (this will indicate the order in which this Committee will show up, use increments of 10)

Create a Committee Role:

  • Go to Reference, in your left menu
  • Click on Lookup
  • Select a Committee from the drop list
  • Click GO
  • Click "Add" in the bottom left corner of the screen, or "New" in the top right corner of the screen
  • Type should be Committee
  • Index should be any number greater than the last number used
  • Description is the Name of this item (Role)
  • Enter a Numeric Value (if applicable)
  • Enter a String Value (if applicable)
  • Enter an Application Value (if applicable)
  • Enter an Order Number (this will indicate the order in which this Role will show up, use increments of 10)
