Delinquent Fee Reminder

On a scheduled basis, the system checks for fees that have not been paid in full.  The system sends a reminder notification to Well Owner once every 30 days that fee(s) are due with the name of the responsible party, amount due, date due and type of fee.  

1. The content for the Delinquent Fee reminder is set up in the Administration List Category content and list Type of Reminder_Delinquent_Fee.
