Document Upload

The system allows documents to be uploaded and associated with Permits, Well Registrations, Pumpage readings, Wells, Owners, Hearings and Well Measurements. Only PDFs and Microsoft Word (doc, docx extensions) files < 5MB can be uploaded. In each of the sections listed above :

1. Click the Documents button
2. Choose the file to upload
3. Click upload button 
4. File is displayed in uploaded documents list in each of the sections
5. Select a file from list and click Open to View file
6. Select file from list and click Delete to remove file
   Example: From Edit Permit, click the documents button
