Downloading the footer.htm File

Important: Before proceeding, verify that the download location in Firefox has been set to the desktop (see Setting the Download Location in Firefox).
 

1.    Click FIS on the browser.
The FIS Login screen will be displayed.

2.    Log into the FIS application.

3.    Select  a faculty profile.

4.    Click CV, Institutional link located on the left menu under Outputs.
The screen shown below will be displayed. The note will only be displayed if the footer.htm file has not been downloaded or the footer.htm file has somehow been deleted. Before reloading the footer.htm file, the cookies must be cleared (see Clearing a Cookie Cache).

5.    Under Note, click Click here link (shown in red).
The Opening footer.htm screen will be displayed.


 

6.    Click Save to Disk radio button

7.    Click OK button.
The Downloads screen will be displayed, confirming that footer.htm has successfully been downloaded to the desktop.


 

8.    Close Download window.

9.    Click CV, Institutional link under Outputs on the left menu or click the Reload button on the menu bar.
