Working with Dynamic Forms

Dynamic Forms is a powerful  application that enables creation of any kind of online form that visitors to your site submit. The information captured on a form is stored in the database and is searchable.  Example of forms that you might want to create would be a request for product or catalog information, feedback submit form, resume submission form, registration for events, or sign up for a newsletter.

Key features include:

  • Creation of an unlimited number of interactive forms.

  • Create fields and set attributes

  • Create targeted auto-reply emails based on answers selected

  • Funnel respondents to email lists based on answers

  • Automated email notifications to administrative users

  • Form results are stored in the database and can be searched on fields determined by the administrative user

  • Results can be exported to CSV (comma delimited) files for further processing

  • Accept credit cards for transaction such as events, membership directories or merchandise.

Note: when linking a form you must add the HTTP:// in the link.
