To edit the site’s graphic look and template, follow these steps:
On the side menu pane, locate and click the Site Administration menu. Click the Edit Site link. This will display the View Site page.
From this page, you have the following options:
Edit this Site.
Add a New Site.
Publish this Site.
Create Directory.
To edit the site, click the Edit this Site link.
If the site will be available in multiple languages, first select the Current Language from the drop down box.
If the site is live, be sure to check the Enabled box.
Enter the Site Domain Name. This is the actual URL that is used to access the live site.
The Site Directory Name indicates the name of the folder where the files will be stored on the server.
The two Site Colors in RGB fields allow you to enter the RGB color to be used for the background and the text: Site Feature Background Color and Site Feature Text Color. These fields do not have to be entered since the colors are usually determined by the template and style sheets.
Enter the Site Name and Site Title for the English site.
Enter the site’s keywords in the Site Key Words field. These keywords will be used to create meta tags for the site which are used when submitting the site to the search engines. Keywords are separated by a comma.
Enter a site description in the Site Description field. This description will be used to create meta tags for the site which are used when submitting the site to the search engines.
Insert the Site Template. This is the html used to create the graphic template, or skin, for the site. Typically the skin is designed using another graphic designer program and the html is cut and pasted into this field.
