Editing Records

  1. Click section link on the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the Edit link corresponding to the record you wish to edit, or
  3. If a section consists of multiple record types, select the applicable record type from the drop list.  Then click Search.  The summary screen will display a list of all records of the type selected.
  4. Locate the appropriate record in the search results and click the corresponding Edit link.
    • The Edit screen will be displayed.
  5. Enter data.
  6. Click Save button.

Note: Required fields are preceded by an asterisk. The system will not save a record with missing information. If you attempt to save a record that does not have required information the page will refresh with error messages next to the fields that are not meeting requirements.
