Event Email Confirmation Notices

During the event registration system there are multiple email confirmation messages sent:

  1. Notification of registration, sent to the registering person: ASSN_EVENTCUSTOMERNOTICE_BODY
  2. Confirmation of approval, sent to the registering person: ASSN_EVENT_ENROLL_APPROVAL_NOTICE_BODY
  3. Registrant notification, sent to the registrant: ASSN_EVENT_ENROLL_APPROVAL_REGISTRANT_BODY

Exceptions:

  • The first email message, notification of registration is suppressed when registration is auto-approved.
  • The registrant notification is suppressed when the registrant is the same with the registering person.

To edit the Event Email Confirmation Notices:

  • Login to Site Admin
  • Click on Content Management
  • Click on Areas
  • Enter the name of an area above
  • Click edit
  • Save and publish your changes
