During the event registration system there are multiple email confirmation messages sent:
- Notification of registration, sent to the registering person: ASSN_EVENTCUSTOMERNOTICE_BODY
- Confirmation of approval, sent to the registering person: ASSN_EVENT_ENROLL_APPROVAL_NOTICE_BODY
- Registrant notification, sent to the registrant: ASSN_EVENT_ENROLL_APPROVAL_REGISTRANT_BODY
Exceptions:
- The first email message, notification of registration is suppressed when registration is auto-approved.
- The registrant notification is suppressed when the registrant is the same with the registering person.
To edit the Event Email Confirmation Notices:
- Login to Site Admin
- Click on Content Management
- Click on Areas
- Enter the name of an area above
- Click edit
- Save and publish your changes
