How to Change a File Name

1. Deactivate the page then click Save
2. Delete the File Name
3. Re-activate the page then click Save
4. Change the File Name to the new desired name
5. Rebuild and publish the page
6. Rebuild and Publish the whole site including independent pages
7. Create new independent page with the old file name
8. Set it up as a 301 redirect to the new page

Steps 6 and 7 are needed only if SEO and outside links are to be taken into consideration.
