Find or Create New People

Creating a New Person:

  • Enter the Name, Address, Contact, and Other information in the people profile.
  • You may select an employer to attach this person to by clicking “Select Employer”. This will search Company records in your database.
  • You may add additional fields to the people profile by clicking on Reference --> People Data
  • The Active Status at the bottom of the screen refers to this persons profile being active or not
  • The Login Status at the bottom of the screen refers to this persons ability to login on the front end website.
    • Note: Creating a people profile does not create membership, just a record in the database.

To Find a Person:

  • Click on “Find People” from your left menu
  • You may search for people by:
    • Name
    • Registrant ID (Event Registrations)
    • Employer Name
    • Lookup an Employer in the database
    • Email Address
    • Phone
    • People Status
    • Location

Once you have found the person, your options are:

  • View this persons profile
  • Edit this persons profile
  • View the log of changes to this persons profile
  • Enroll/Renew this person for Membership
  • Register this person for an Event
  • Submit a Donation on behalf of this person
