First Time Login

1. In your Internet browser, enter the address: FIS

The Login screen will be displayed.

2. Click E-mail me my password.

The Password Request screen will be displayed.

3. Enter your User ID; your password will be emailed to you

4. Check your email. You should receive a temporary password via email within five minutes. When you receive your password, enter your password in the Login screen.

5. The Change Password screen will be displayed.

6. In the Old Password field, enter your temporary password.

7. In the New Password field, enter your new password.

8. In the Verify Password field, enter your new password again.

9. Click the Enter button.

A session timer is located next to the Logout link in the upper right corner of each page. The default time out is currently 90 minutes. If an entry is not saved during a 90 minute interval, the FIS system will automatically log you out of the system and ANY WORK THAT HAS NOT BEEN SAVED WILL BE LOST. To continue, simply log in again.
