How to Select Records using the Output Editor

Select a section (Degree-Granting Education in this example) from the left menu.

The Section Summary Page will be displayed.

2.    Select Output Editor from the top green title bar.

The Output Editor Summary Page will be launched, displaying a list of records and key fields.

At the far right of each record is a view box called the Multi-picker that contains previously selected outputs (or blank if no records have been selected).

3.    To change or add selections to the Multi-picker, click Select (shown above in red).

The Select Output(s) popup window will be displayed. Note: The output selections shown in the Description column will vary depending on the section.

4.    Make your output selection(s) by clicking the applicable box.

5.    Click Select button.

6.    To return to the Section Summary Screen, click Find on the top green title bar.
