Membership Approvals

Once an individual or a company has completed the online application for membership, their application is sent to the Approvals Queue to be reviewed and approved.

To search for membership applications:

  1. Click on Approvals from the left menu to Search for membership applications that are pending, approved, or cancelled. Enter your search criteria:
  2. Enter a Company Name (if applicable)
  3. Select a Company Type (if applicable)
  4. Enter a First Name or Last Name (if applicable)
  5. Select the Status you would like to search (I.E., Pending, Approved, Cancelled)
  6. Select the Payment Status (Paid, Unpaid, Pending Payment, All)
  7. Select the Record Type (Company, People Membership, Subscriptions Only, All)
  8. Select the Application Type (Enrollment, Renewal, Both)
  9. Slect the date range
  10. Enter an Invoice Number or Payment ID (if applicable)
  11. Click Search to view the items in the Approvals Queue

The results will display the Application ID, Time stamp, Name, City, State, Country, Application Type, and Payment Type. To View, Edit or Approve a record, click the ID number.

Edit a pending approval:

  • You may edit the amount to be charged
  • You may edit the Registering Person or Company information
  • You may enter the Amount Paid

Once the data entered is correct, your options are:

  • Approve this registration
  • Delete this registration
  • Send an Invoice by Email
  • View the Invoice

NOTE: Once the registration has been approved, the member will receive an email confirming their registration.
