Publication Statistics

Publication statistics (e.g., Journal Impact Factor, Author Position, Citation Score and Date, Discipline-Specific Journal Impact Factor, PMCID and NIHMS ID) can be entered for multiple records on a single screen by using the Data Entry feature.

How to enter Publication Statistics for multiple records

1.    Click Publications on the left menu.

The Publications Summary Page will be displayed.

2.    Make a selection from the Type drop list or use the default All.

3.    Click Data Entry on the top green title bar.

The Publications Data Entry Page will be launched, displaying Publication Statistics for all records of the type selected.

4.    Enter or edit existing data displayed on the screen.

5.    Click Save.

6.    Click Find to return to the Publications Summary Page.
