Publishing Forms

To publish your dynamic form, follow these steps:

• Locate the specific form you want to publish
• Click the Publish link in the Actions column on the List of Forms page or click on the Publish link on the Edit Form page.
• If the form is successfully published a message will appear above the form name.

• The web page that the tag is placed on must also be published. The tag will be used as the link to

• access the new dynamic form on the production website.  

• The publish link will not appear in the Actions column on production, this link only appears on Stage.
