Recovering from a Report of File Corruption

When attempting to open a CV in Word, the following error message may be displayed: Word encountered file corruption while opening Report.doc. Until this issue is resolved; the current fix is to click No in response to the Attempt recovery now? This error message typically appears on the first attempt to open the downloaded file; however, it can also be caused by a missing footer.htm file.  The user should verify that the footer.htm file is still located on the desktop and if not, download the file (see Downloading the footer.htm File).
