Reminder Setup

The Automated Reminder Setup is where membership renewal reminder parameters are set, and the content of the reminder notice is created. 

Setup General Membership Parameters:
Grace Period – The number of days that the member has after their membership expiration date before their login is terminated, and they can no longer renew their membership

Reminder starts n days prior – How many days prior to expiration the member will begin receiving a renewal reminder

Reminder Frequency – The increment in which reminder notices will continue to be sent, after the primary notification, and until the member renews

Reminder Tickle Limit – How many emails are sent at one time. The emails will continue to be sent at this rate until all emails have been sent

Generate Invoice with Reminder – Automatically created membership dues renewal record (pending approvals) and invoice with reminder email

Setup Reminder Recipients:

  • Indicate which People Types are to receive the reminder notices
  • Indicate with People Membership Types are to receive the reminder notices

Reminder Status:

  • View Last Reminder Sent
  • View Sent Auto Reminder Detail
  • Preview Upcoming Reminders
  • Send Manual Reminder (s)

Configure Content:
Create the content for the renewal notice. You can include the displayed “tags” for personalized content.
