Assigning Users Privileges

To assign users privileges so that command center users can access the Site Configuration utility do the following:

  1. Click on the Site Administration option on the command center main menu to expand the menu.
  2. To assign privileges to an existing user click on the Find User link and navigate to the user privileges screen. To assign privileges to a new user, click on the New User link to enter user information and navigate to the privileges screen.
  3. Locate the privilege labeled Site Configuration Items then click on the check box to select the privilege.
  4. Click on the Set Privileges and Save button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
