Unlocking the Computer

When the computer locks up due to a missing file, in this case footer.htm, the message shown on the lower right side of the screen will be displayed:

To unlock the computer:
 

1.    Click the Apple (upper left side of screen).

2.    Click Force Quit Word.

The Force Quit Applications screen will be displayed.


 

1.    If the application doesn’t respond for a while, select its name and click Force Quit button.

2.    Close window.
