Well Registration- by Owner/Driller

1. Logged In Owner/Driller
2. Click on Well Registration link

• If logged in as a Driller, form will pre-populate with Driller info. If logged in as Owner, the form will pre-populate with Owner info

• Note that the driller can’t update any of the Owner data fields and Owner can’t update driller data fields

3. Enter data in the Well data section and Save
4. Driller, Owner, and Administrator receive notification of Well Registration entered.

• The notification email contains a link to the registration that allows View and Print of the Registration submitted.
