My Workspace in xCatalyst allows you to see all of the pages you are currently working on, in one location. As an administrator, you may also be able to “check in” pages that others have “checked out” through Workspace for All Users.
Page Approvals is the process in which something is submitted for approval by another party before publishing a page. When the process of approving content is active, the Workspace consists of two sections:

Note: Selecting “Undo Checkout” will undo any changes made to this page, even if the page was saved, and return the page to the version before it was checked out.
The workspace lists all checked out pages and reports their status. There are two workspaces that are automatically created when pages are checked out:

Action links will appear and disappear next to each page depending on what stage the page is in. The table below describes the editor actions and lists the links that appear as a result of the action.
